Corned Beef and Cabbage in the Crock Pot

St. Patrick's Day is tomorrow. Although it isn't traditional in Ireland, Corned Beef and Cabbage is the typical way of celebrating in America. And this corned beef and cabbage recipe is a cinch to prepare, because it's all done in the Crockpot.

Serve it with Irish Soda Bread Colcannon or Roasted Potatoes and Maple Glazed Asparagus.
