"Wow, Mom, can this dinner get any better?"

That's what my kids said when I made this BBQ Chicken the other night. I swear, I am not making this up. They loved it! And it is such an easy recipe, too. Just brown the chicken in an electric skillet. Dump in the sauce ingredients, and voila! Dinner's ready in little more than half an hour.

I like to serve this BBQ chicken with potato salad and broccoli slaw.
