The Mango Board is sponsoring a recipe video contest for kids, ages 8-14. Create an original recipe, using mangos, then have someone videotape you making it. Post it on YouTube between now and July 7. You may just win a trip to New York City and a chance to cook alongside Ingrid Hoffman on the Food Network's Simply Delicioso.
