Could there be a better comfort food than mac and cheese? I think not. And this Mac and Cheese with Bacon is what mac and cheese is all about.

Two kinds of cheese flavor this mac and cheese recipe. Then it is topped with sliced tomatoes, butter-crusted bread crumbs and -- you guessed it -- bacon.

Now I ask you, is there anything that can't be made tastier with bacon? Sure, this recipe is loaded with fat and calories. But soooooo worth it. And you can make it in advance, and freeze it.
