Whenever fresh sweet corn is in season, as it is now, I like to make this Corn Chowder Recipe. It's hearty and satisfying, and a great way to enjoy the best summer produce at the height of freshness. I serve this corn chowder with a hunk of homemade French bread and a green salad for a light summer dinner.
