Vegetarian Chili Recipe

This Vegetarian Chili Recipe is a great make-ahead meal (it freezes really well), and a terrific way to get your veggies. I use black beans and kidney beans, but feel free to substitute with cannellini beans, pinto beans or garbanzo beans if you prefer.Serve this vegetarian chili with sweet cornbread and a salad for a healthy, satisfying meal the kids will love.
