Think pumpkin pie comes in just one variety? Au contraire, my friend. These are eight of my absolute favorite Pumpkin Pie Recipes. They range from traditional pumpkin pie to pumpkin ice cream pie to pumpkin pecan pie (that one is for the people who can't decide which slice to have and they really want both).

Stephanie, thanks for all the great pumpkin recipes. I want to do something different this year than the same old recipe on the back of the can. With just four days to Thanksgiving, this is just in time!
