Soft Sugar Cookies

soft sugar cookiesI don't know about you, but I just hate rolling cookies. I love the decorating. I enjoy playing with the kids in the kitchen, and I know they like using the cookie cutters. But if I never had to roll another slab of cookie dough again, I'd be happy. That's why these Soft Sugar Cookies are one of my favorite recipes. Buttery and not too sweet, these sugar cookies hit the spot when you want something sweet, but not cloying.
