Enjoy the Flavors of Fall with This Butternut Squash Lasagna

And because the butternut squash is roasted before it's pureed for this lasagna, it takes on a mellow tenderness that really melts in your mouth. I use oven-ready lasagna noodles to save time for this recipe, but if you have regular lasagna noodles on hand, feel free to use those. Just follow the directions on the package for boiling before you assemble the lasagna.
