Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

I always figure if I give the kids a good breakfast, I'm more than 70 percent of the way toward doing my job as a good mom. This Breakfast Sandwich Recipe is a tasty way to start the day, and kids just love it. And even though it looks like the popular McDonald's breakfast sandwich, it's far cheaper and healthier. I like to use turkey bacon or natural, nitrate-free bacon for this recipe. But feel free to use whatever bacon you like.
