Monday January 5, 2009
roasted chicken recipeWhen mornings are busy, I often make the kids fruit smoothies for breakfast. That way, I know they're getting a healthy start to the day, even if they don't have time to eat anything else. This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is like a meal in a glass. Made with bananas, pineapple chunks, soy milk, peanut butter, vanilla yogurt and honey, this smoothie recipe tastes almost like a milkshake. The kids love it!
