Zucchini Corn Chowder

By now, summer gardens are teeming with zucchini and peppers. Put summer's bounty to good use in this savory corn chowder recipe. Red bell pepper lends sweetness to this corn chowder. Jalapeno pepper lends a bit of heat (go easy on the jalapeno if your family prefers milder food) . Serve this corn chowder with crusty French bread (it's easy to make in your bread machine) and a green salad.
