Mummy Halloween Cupcakes

These Mummy Halloween Cupcakes are cute as a button and fun to decorate. You can use vanilla or chocolate cupcakes as the base for these mummy cupcakes, or use store-bought (the best part is the decorating anyway). You will need Milano cookies, white spray icing and black gel icing.
