Easy Homemade Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

I figure if I'm going to give the kids macaroni and cheese, I might as well give them the good stuff. This Homemade Macaroni and Cheese Recipe is my simple, classic mac and cheese, and the kids love it. This version uses two kinds of cheese, but feel free to use just cheddar if that's all you have on hand. Or vary the recipe by adding gruyere, fontina or any good melting cheese.
