Strawberry Cream Cheese Tart Recipe

This strawberry cream cheese tart recipe is one of those great desserts that looks impressive, but it's really quite simple to prepare. And it makes a great Easter dessert recipe that you can make a day or two in advance. The crust is a refrigerated or frozen pie crust (don't get the kind that is pre-formed and fitted into a metal pie plate - you want the flat, foldable pie crust). It is then topped with a sweetened cream cheese layer. The tart is finished off with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
