There's something about the spring that makes me crave citrus. Lemon bars, grapefruit tarts and this orange cake. Perhaps it's the longer days and bright sunshine, but citrus desserts are always a welcome sign of spring to me. This cake recipe is a cinch to prepare, because it starts with a cake mix. Add to that fresh orange juice and a glaze made with more fresh orange juice, and you've got an orange cake that is bursting with citrus flavor. This cake makes a terrific Easter dessert recipe.
