Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes Recipe

Let them have cake and ice cream all in one dessert with these fun ice cream cone cupcakes. The cupcakes bake right inside the ice cream cones. Kids love being able to hold these cupcakes in one hand. For best results, put the whipped cream on at the last minute.
