This collection of St. Patrick's Day dessert recipes includes all sorts of goodies to make with and for the kids. My grasshopper pie recipe is always a fun one. It's basically a peppermint-flavored marshmallow pie with chocolate sandwich cookies mixed in and a chocolate cookie crumb crust. What's not to like, right? It's basically a caramel corn recipe colored with green food coloring.
