Scrambled eggs are one of the first things I learned how to cook. It is often said in the food community that if you can cook eggs, you can cook anything. I don't know if that's true, but I do know that once you master the basics of how to make scrambled eggs
, you can vary the recipe lots of different ways, making dishes that are suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
