scrambled eggsScrambled eggs are one of the first things I learned how to cook. It is often said in the food community that if you can cook eggs, you can cook anything. I don't know if that's true, but I do know that once you master the basics of how to make scrambled eggs, you can vary the recipe lots of different ways, making dishes that are suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

These scrambled egg variations include bacon and onion scrambled eggs, spinach and feta scrambled eggs, Mexican scrambled eggs and more. Serve with fresh fruit and toast or a side of hash browns for a hearty breakfast the kids will adore.
