I'm always confused when people say their kids won't eat fish. Because they are so many ways to prepare fish that kids will like.Take this salmon fettuccine alfredo. It's creamy and rich and comforting, a bit like mac and cheese with the addition of salmon for color and protein.
You can use canned salmon for this recipe or any type of leftover cooked salmon you happen to have on hand.
