Yogurt parfaits make a quick and easy breakfast or snack that is full of healthy vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, probiotics and more. This yogurt parfait recipe is made with Greek yogurt, so it's a bit thicker than most yogurt parfaits. I recommend using an all-natural granola for this recipe. My favorite is Trader Joe's pecan praline granola, but feel free to use whatever kind you like. Because the granola is sweet, I don't add much honey. But if you prefer a sweeter flavor, add as much honey as you like.
