Chocolate Zucchini Bread with Coconut

This chocolate zucchini bread recipe is a wonderfully rich and moist quick bread that almost tastes like cake. The zucchini adds incredible moisture to this bread. And the combination of chocolate and coconut is always a winning one.

This bread also has chocolate chips in it for an extra rich burst of chocolate flavor. Top this zucchini bread with a smear of orange butter, cinnamon butter or one of my other easy flavored butter recipes.
