These sweet and spicy roasted chickpeas are one of my favorite healthy snack ideas for kids because they are so rich with nutrition, yet so satisfying to eat. Salty and crunchy, these chickpeas will satisfy any snack craving, and they're loaded with fiber, protein and vitamins.I'm also a big fan of seaweed snacks (compare prices), because they're as light and crunchy as potato chips, but rich in minerals and omega-3 fatty acids.
