You don't have to own a fancy outdoor grill to make this amazingly flavorful grilled salmon recipe, because it's made entirely on the George Foreman grill (or any indoor contact grill). It takes less than 15 minutes from start to finish (how's that for a quick dinner?!) and the simple lemon herb marinade adds incredible flavor. This is a great recipe to make when you've got leftover herbs that you want to use before they wilt.

- Roast Beef Wrap Sandwiches - A few minutes on the grill turns an ordinary roast beef sandwich into something that tastes like it came from a great sandwich shop. Even better: The clean-up is a breeze!
- Grilled Lemon Chicken Recipe - Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best. This chicken is a perfect example of that.
- Grilled Broccoli Recipe - Think you can't make vegetables on the grill without a fancy basket? Think again. This grilled broccoli recipe is one of my kids' favorites.
