Although this recipe calls for frozen peaches (they're already peeled and sliced, so easier to use), feel free to use fresh peaches instead. Just peel and slice, and freeze on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. After about 30 minutes, transfer to an airtight, freezer-safe container to store until you're ready to use them.
