Fruit desserts are great for summer parties and celebrations, and this sugar cookie fruit pizza is no exception. It looks great, and you can vary it all sorts of different ways, depending on what fruit you like and what's in season. Strawberries are an excellent all-around choice, but when fresh raspberries are in season, I like to use those. For a creamier base, try using mascarpone cheese instead of cream cheese. This soft, spreadable Italian cheese is rich and has a much more complex flavor than cream cheese.Check out these fruit dessert recipes, too:
