oven bbq chickenPlanning to end the summer with a bash? These Labor Day recipes make it easy. You can always serve burgers and dogs, or switch things up a bit by serving my intensely-flavored oven baked BBQ chicken. It has a deep smoky flavor, but you don't need a special smoker or even a grill. The secret? The chicken cooks in a low-temperature oven for two hours. It ends up falling-off-the-bone tender.

Round out the meal with my crisp broccoli salad (guaranteed to get you tons of compliments) and my creamy mustard potato salad. Hot sauce adds a bit of zing to this recipe.
