You will not believe how fast you can make these easy chocolate chip brownies. With just five ingredients, this mix-and-bake recipe is as simple as buying a mix. To me, if brownies aren't soft and chewy, they aren't worth eating. These brownies fit the bill perfectly. And they retain their texture (if stored in an airtight container) for several days (possibly even a week, but they've never lasted that long in my house!).
