If there is one sweet treat I can make that I know everyone will love, it's these peanut butter cup cookies. Mini peanut butter cups are pressed into peanut butter cookie dough, giving these cookies a double dose of peanut flavor. These cookies are fun to make with the kids, too (they like pressing the peanut butter cups into the dough). One tip: Try freezing the peanut butter cups for 12 to 24 hours before making these.
