The Halloween decorations, costumes and snacks have already hit store shelves. So I guess it's time to start planning your Halloween party now. These pumpkin whoopie pies make a fantastic Halloween party food, or even just a special treat for a fall afternoon. Two cake-like pumpkin cookies are sandwiched together with a sweetened cream cheese filling.
