This sweet noodle kugel makes an appearance at many a Jewish holiday. It helps ring in the New Year with something rich and sweet and helps break the fast on Yom Kippur. Cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese lend a richness to this kugel that can't be beat. Crushed pineapple and sugar make it sweet. You can make this kugel up to three days in advance, too.
