My kids are big fans of pumpkin pie, and I usually make it at least twice before Thanksgiving. Until then, I satisfy our cravings with these pumpkin smoothies. Like pumpkin pie in a glass, they're sweet and warm and icy all at once. Pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, brown sugar and a graham cracker lend an authentic flavor to this milkshake-like smoothie.
