There is nothing quite like the smell of warm banana bread baking in the oven, is there? When there's just a bit of chill outside, it's a wonderful way to warm up. Now, I make a lot of different banana breads. But this moist banana bread recipe is one of my family's favorites. The coconut oil and flaked coconut add moisture and a slight tropical flavor to this quick bread. And the chocolate chips are a perfect partner for the flaked coconut. Of course, this bread is really more like a cake than a bread. You can serve it as a snack, for dessert or even for breakfast.
