These jack-o-lantern shaped Halloween rice crispy treats are just adorable. And the chocolate and peanut butter flavoring is a nice change from traditional rice crispy treats.Be sure to use a thick, metal cookie cutter to shape these treats. The plastic cutters aren't usually strong enough (remember, rice crispy treats are sticky), and if the cookie cutters aren't thick, they won't make it all the way through the treats.
If you prefer a less sweet treat, just serve them without spreading the icing on. They'll taste great either way.
These treats make a great after-school snack or dessert for a Halloween party.
