I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate salmon into my family's diet. It's such a heart-healthy, omega-3-rich fish. These salmon patties have just the right amount of kid appeal to make them a family favorite (hint: using crushed potato chips as a binder is the secret). If you can't find Old Bay seasoning, use any creole or seafood seasoning. If your family prefers milder flavors, cut the amount of Old Bay in half.
