Need a fun, last-minute treat for a Halloween party? These mummy cupcakes make a fun sweet for kids of all ages. Oval sandwich cookies are the base for the mummy (I like Milano cookies, but feel free to use oval-shaped peanut butter sandwich cookies or any kind of oval cookies you have).
