Who knew four ingredients could taste so good? This beef brisket recipe
is made in the Crockpot, which makes the meat melt-in-your-mouth tender. The cranberry sauce is a wonderful tenderizer and adds a fresh, fruity flavor to this brisket that is really exceptional. The other key to making sure your brisket is tender is to slice it against the grain. Look for the lines on the meat. The long lines should be going in one direction. Place your slicing knife in the other direction (perpendicular) and cut that way.
I like to serve this brisket with scalloped potatoes and green beans with bacon.
