This easy meatloaf recipe has a secret ingredient: crushed Goldfish crackers. They're used in place of oatmeal or bread crumbs as a binder, and they give the meatloaf a very subtle cheesy flavor. The sweet and tangy glaze is a perfect finish for this meatloaf.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon.
