Follow me on:

berry smoothiesStart the day off right with one of these healthy and refreshing smoothie recipes. They're loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, fiber and protein. But most importantly, they taste great.

Take this berry smoothie recipe. Made with dark sweet cherries, blueberries, vanilla soy milk, lemon yogurt and lemonade concentrate, it's a burst of fresh flavors in every sip.

I like to make my smoothies with frozen fruit, because it gives them a milkshake-like texture. But feel free to use fresh fruit if you prefer. Frozen fruit is also easy for the winter time when fresh fruit isn't in season.
