These hidden Hershey kiss cookies are guaranteed to be one of the best Christmas cookie recipes you'll ever make. I know that's a bold claim, but they really are quite good. I like to eat these cookies warm, so that when you bite into them the warm Hershey kiss kind of oozes out, and you get chocolate all over your face and hands. These cookies do require a bit of forming -- they aren't more work than a typical rolled cookie, but a bit more effort than a drop cookie. Helpful hint: Don't go overboard on the dough. You want just enough to wrap around the kiss.
