What better way to warm up on a cold winter day than with a nice, hot bowl of chili? This easy chili recipe
starts with beef cubes, not ground beef (take notice - Texas chili fans!), but it gets a little help from the supermarket in the form of canned diced tomatoes and prepared salsa. The salsa saves you the trouble of cutting and sauteeing onions and peppers and provides many layers of flavor. Experiment with different salsas - a fire-roasted tomato salsa, tequila lime (don't worry - there's no alcohol in it), green salsa, whatever you like.
Serve this chili with sweet cornbread and ramen noodle cole slaw.
