Who doesn't love a warm, cheesy dip? This chili con queso dip recipe is perfect for an appetizer or snack when you want something hearty and satisfying. Don't let the jalapeno peppers in this recipe fool you: The long, slow cooking process dulls the heat of the peppers. This dip will not be too spicy for kids. If you must, try making it with regular diced tomatoes (no jalapeno peppers), but I think you'll want the heat. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or pita chips.
