Take my healthy chocolate peanut butter cake recipe. It isn't just a watered down version of a regular chocolate cake. It actually has good-for-you ingredients in it, like ground flaxseed meal (rich in omega-3 fatty acids), yogurt, whole wheat flour and cocoa powder (high in antioxidants).

For something a little lighter, try my yogurt sundae recipe. Made with regular, not frozen yogurt, this treat looks just like an ice cream sundae (thanks to the waffle bowl), but is topped with fresh raspberries, heart-healthy walnuts and chocolate chips. A drizzle of pure maple syrup finishes off this delectable treat.
