Mardi Gras is less than a month away - it's time to break out the Cajun recipes! This easy king cake recipe isn't nearly as fancy as the brioche dough king cakes you might get from a bakery in Louisiana, but it's a quick and fun version that's perfect for making with the kids. Don't forget the purple, green and gold sprinkles. Those are the classic colors of Mardi Gras.
