My grandfather used to make these roasted potatoes whenever the whole family got together. They were the perfect accompaniment to roasted chicken, and everybody fought over them. Crispy on the outside and perfectly soft inside, these potatoes go with everything from beef to chicken to pork. And you don't need any special cooking technique to make them.I like to use new potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes for this recipe.
