Irish Soda Bread Recipe

irish soda breadYou don't have to be Irish to enjoy this Irish soda bread recipe. It's sweeter than a traditional soda bread, but just as easy to make (more like a quick bread than a yeast bread in terms of time). Add currants or raisins to jazz it up, and serve it with one of my flavored butter recipes, like cranberry butter or orange butter.
