The weather's turning warmer, and that makes me think about picnics, barbecues and eating outside. When it's too hot to make brownies or cookies, I like to make Blueberry Pie. This no-bake pie takes only a few minutes to prepare (not including 1-2 hours cooling time in the fridge), and it is just bursting with juicy blueberries. To me, this is summer in a bite!
