This blueberry smoothie is loaded with heart-healthy antioxidants from blueberries and acai berry juice. Acai berries are one of the most antioxidant-rich berries in the world. Look for acai berry juice in the refrigerated section of your supermarket.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened cherries
- 1 cup acai berry juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat lemon yogurt
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a Vita Mix Blender, regular blender or food processor.
- Puree until smooth. If using a regular blender, you may need to stop it, take off the lid and push the fruit down in the blades with a long spoon, in order for the smoothie to be fully pureed.
