Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened frozen cherries (pitted)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
- 1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1-1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation:
- Place cherries and blueberries in a blender, Vita Mix or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Secure lid and puree until smooth. If using a regular blender, and the frozen fruit gets stuck, turn the machine off. Use a spoon to push the fruit down into the blades, replace the cover, and puree.
Makes 3 servings.
