Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
- 1 Tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Place the blueberries and pineapple chunks in a blender or food processor.
- Pour soy milk in next. Add remaining ingredients.
- Puree until smooth, stopping to press fruit into the blades of the blender, if necessary.
Makes 2 servings.
